Trump has big plans in the upcoming weeks, especially because he’s planning to launch his incredible new social media network, Truth Social. Ever since the Left silenced Trump by removing him from Twitter, it’s been quite empty on social media without his one-liners and pointed posts. And while Twitter will likely never allow Trump back on their platform, there are certainly going to be a lot of screenshots from his new network, and that’s going to cause a stir.
Trump made the announcement last October, as reported by Daily Mail:
Trump, who will serve as TMTG’s chairman, first announced the creation of Truth Social last fall, saying the platform would create a rival social network to the current ‘liberal media consortium’ and ‘fight back against the ‘Big Tech’ companies of Silicon Valley, which have used their unilateral power to silence opposing voices in America.
‘I created TRUTH Social and TMTG to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech. We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced,’ he said in October.
‘This is unacceptable. I am excited to send out my first TRUTH on TRUTH Social very soon. TMTG was founded with a mission to give a voice to all. I’m excited to soon begin sharing my thoughts on TRUTH Social and to fight back against Big Tech. Everyone asks me why doesn’t someone stand up to Big Tech? Well, we will be soon!’
And yesterday the former President announced that the site would go live next Monday, which, if you didn’t know, is actually President’s day. How ironic.
Just imagine all the things Trump will say without Big Tech censoring him. We are all looking forward to raw and unfiltered Trump.
And this couldn’t come at a better time, either. Right now, Facebook and Twitter are banning people left and right for saying anything that doesn’t align with their viewpoints. Just imagine how many people will flock to Trump’s new platform with all of this going on. What a glorious day it will be as people flee Facebook’s tyrannical grasp of Trump’s welcoming and uncensored arm. All I can say is this: The left better get used to getting their faces kicked in verbally because there’s no getting around it, Trump never minces words.
