Attention RINOs (cough, McConnell, cough): It would be a rather prescient, or at this point, obvious move to look into the real views of Americans, which the fake news media cannot suffocate, not matter how hard they try … or lie.
Just consider the latest results on a poll that relates back to the support that remains for Trump.
A poll conducted by Suffolk University revealed that nearly half of Republicans, or 46 percent, would be willing to walk away from the GOP to any new party formed by Trump. In contrast, a mere 27 percent of Republicans indicated that they would remain with the party, while the remaining 27 percent indicated indecision.
On top of that, nearly three-quarters of respondents, or 73 percent, believe that Biden was elected illegitimately, further underscoring Americans’ real views regarding the Democrats’ new and unimproved voting strategies.
It is unsurprising that Trump retains serious popularity amongst his supporters, particularly with the likes of Mitch McConnell basically wandering back to the swamp with a metaphorical tail between his legs, willing to kowtow to the inconsistent Democrat party line.
For instance, one young man spelled out clearly why Trump appeals, and the GOP does not.
“We feel like Republicans don’t fight enough for us, and we all see Donald Trump fighting for us as hard as he can, every single day … But then you have establishment Republicans who just agree with establishment Democrats and everything, and they don’t ever push back.” [Source: Town Hall]
In other words, Trump is a President for the people whereas the RINOs … are representatives for themselves.
Which is why Newt Gingrich remarked that Trump’s popularity endures even after leaving D.C. If anything, in light of the insane leftism increasingly characterizing the Biden administration, Trump’s popularity has likely soared even further.
“What’s very striking is that President Trump still has such enormous reach in the party that nobody can fight him … You can complain about him. You can criticize him. But [Mitch] McConnell can’t possibly fight Trump. He doesn’t have a big enough base.” [Source: News Max]
That’s right. McConnell may have the “support” of D.C. and the fake news periodically (only when he defies or trashes Trump), but he will never come close to the organic support Trump has from his base, the most genuine support of all.
“It’s also a reminder that there is an establishment insider party that sits around at cocktail parties in Washington. And then there’s this huge country outside of Washington. That country in 2015, by about 2-1, did not like the Republican leadership in the Congress …
That was the forerunner of us ending up with Trump as a presidential nominee. [Kevin] McCarthy has been much smarter as the House Republican leader to recognize his ability to get the extra seats [to win the House] rests almost entirely on working with Trump, not picking a fight with him.” [Source: News Max]
Let’s see if McConnell gets the point by 2022, and one can only help he does, given all the absurd groveling he is doing with the Democrats now (in particular his incendiary remarks on impeachment).
McConnell should be especially careful given the crowing of the Democrats, who are now just fine with effectively declaring themselves the only party in the United States (hello, Communist China).
For instance, Adam Schiff, among the most radical of radicals, already openly brags about the Democrats being the “only”” party in the nation, claiming that the GOP is “one functional party and a cult of personality around Donald Trump.”
We’ll see about that, Schiff, especially since Trump is returning with a bang this week at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando, Florida, a moment of serious brightness for American Patriots.
“Trump will be talking about the future of the Republican Party and the conservative movement. Also, look for the 45th president to take on President Biden’s ‘disastrous amnesty and border policies.’” [Source: The Daily Wire]
On top of that, Trump is also teasing a presidential run in 2024, though he is being quite cautious in his public statements. However, he does reveal that he is assessing the level of support he currently enjoys amongst his base.
“It’s too early to say, but I see a lot of great polls out there. We have tremendous support … I won’t say yet, but I have tremendous support, and I’m looking at poll numbers that are through the roof.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
In other words, Trump is looking at far more honest polls than the fake news media ever presents, and one can only hope he returns with a serious bang, one way or another, sooner rather than later.
America certainly needs him now more than ever …
