Reports are coming in that Mexico plans to “significantly reinforce” their border in order to prevent illegal immigrants from entering their southern border from Guatemala on their way to the United States.
The need to reinforce their own borders is a direct consequence of President Joe Biden’s U.S.-Mexico border crisis.
Mexico is going to “deploy security forces” to stem the tide of migrants from Central America seeking to reach the U.S. by traveling through Mexico. The Biden Administration admitted recently that the situation at the border is projected to be the worst in history for the DHS.
Reports also came out this week that several terrorists have been apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border this year.
According to officials and reports from the Federal government, Mexico is worried that the new administrations “asylum policies” are bolstering organized crime syndicates who profit off of drug and human trafficking as well as transport of illegal aliens.
Over 100,000 migrants were arrested just last month for illegal trespass into the U.S., the highest figure seen since 2006. Recent reports also revealed that the number of unaccompanied minors swelled from 4,200 to over 13,000 detainees in the course of a week.
The Mexican government is not a fan of Biden’s policies as it’s turned their country into a pass-through region for dangerous and illegal activity.
