In the midst of Democrats shrieking about conservative SCOTUS justices ‘lying’ about their intentions to overturn Roe v. Wade during their Senate confirmations, Joe Biden has committed the exact same grievance about his support of ending the filibuster.
Joe Biden is currently in Europe trashing American democracy while advocating for his party to abandon parliamentary rules to allow the most radical abortion bill to advance through the 50-50 Senate and Democrat-controlled House.
The cognitively deficient President has cloaked his support for the widescale murder of unborn children under an urge to protect “privacy,” which applies not only to abortion but gay marriage, contraception, and other winning progressive ideals as well.

To overcome a filibuster in the Senate, lawmakers must surpass a 60-vote threshold to advance legislation. However, Biden said he would back changing those rules to pass a bill codifying abortion rights through a simple majority — conceding it may require Democrats gaining a majority in the Senate in the midterm elections to accomplish.
Still, Democrats face an uphill battle as members of their own party aren’t necessarily thrilled about the idea of ending the Senate rule. Sens. Krysten Sinema and Joe Manchin have both voiced their opposition to ending the filibuster and have yet to change their stance following the SCOTUS ruling.
Meanwhile, supporting the Senate filibuster was never a controversial issue, even for Democrats.
Joe Biden himself has always derided the idea of ending the Senate rule, calling the move an “arrogance of power” in 2005.

In 2019, Biden held a similar sentiment about the filibuster as ending it would be “a dangerous thing to do.”

Biden is scrambling for a solution as the entire abortion debacle has made a serious dent in the support he receives from fellow party members. AOC, for example, appeared on a late-night television program last week urging Biden to take bold action after the Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade.
So, as Joe Biden represents the U.S. in Europe during a series of globalist fat cat meetings, he’s instead trashing America’s founding institutions for the sole purpose of codifying a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy.
